Real Estate Guidance with a Builder’s Perspective

Real estate has always been more than just buying and selling homes to me. My  background in home building and finish carpentry has given me a deeper appreciation for  the craftsmanship, functionality, and long-term value behind every property.  

I grew up around construction and developed an interest in homes at a young age through  my dad, who worked as a finish carpenter. I always enjoyed visiting jobsites with him and  seeing how homes came together from the ground up.  

Over time, that interest turned into a passion for building, craftsmanship, and real estate —  which eventually led me into both home building and helping clients navigate the real  estate process with a more hands-on perspective.  

Today, as a realtor, builder, and finished carpenter, I bring practical insight and real-world  experience to every client I work with. My goal is to help buyers, sellers, and investors make  informed decisions with confidence while providing honest guidance and strong  communication throughout the process.
